This 61 bed licensed residential care facility provides complex care under contract with Interior Health for 45 residents privately for 16 residents.

This 120 bed residential care facility provides continuing care services under contract with Alberta Health Services.

Grande Prairie’s newest and only Accredited care facility is a 120 bed residential care facility providing continuing care services under contract with Alberta Health Services.
Sunset Manor and Innisfail Country Manor
This campus is comprised of a 102 suite supportive living facility and a 57 suite independant living facility. Home care and designated assisted living services are offered under contract with Alberta Health Services.
